Wine Institute has announced the availability of a new database of foreign regulations available for their members. Developed by JBC International, the database includes tariffs and taxes, labeling requirements, oenological practices, Maximum Residual Levels (MRLs) for pesticides and fungicides, testing and certification requirements and other important regulatory information for most of the important export markets. The database is accessed through a website called WineScience.com. Use of the database is free to all winery members of Wine Institute.
